We wish to offer you a unique experience at Theodora Golf Club and that is why we are giving you a series of useful information that you should keep in mind during your stay.
Furthermore, for your own comfort and the comfort of the other guests, please observe our policy on accommodation, access and some restrictions / prohibitions. You can find out more information at any time from our dedicated staff, happy to help you in any circumstance.

The front desk is open 24/7.
Early check-in/Late check-out is possible, depending on the availability of the room:
- Notify the reception desk the day before;
- Delayed check-out fee is 50 lei / hour
Guests who check-out before 12.00 may leave their luggage at the reception desk in a space dedicated to this service for a 24-hour period free of charge.
Reservations requested on the resort website are considered valid after confirmation by the Reservations department, by issuing the accommodation voucher and specifying the payment terms.
Safety of personal assets
The resort is equipped with homologated electronic surveillance system for access to the room and opening of the safes. We recommend the use of safes available in rooms for storing valuables. We do not assume any responsibility for forgotten, lost or allegedly stolen objects within Theodora Golf Club.
Free parking is available at the specially arranged venues in front of the club house. Each villa also has 3 parking spaces for the guests of the resort.
The golf course is an exceptional achievement, at the highest quality standards, extended over an area of 60 hectares and addresses all golf-loving players.
You can access the Driving Range to practice the swing or kick-start and refresher courses run by a dedicated instructor.
To register for golf courses and to book golf training hours, please contact reception staff.
Field access is only allowed to members and players who pay green-fee fees.
For additional comfort during your stay in the villa, a selection of drinks and snacks are available in the minibar. Prices for the minibar products can be found in the room price list.
The bill for consumption in the minibar will be automatically charged on the credit of the room. If you want to order extra products please contact the reception. The mini-bar is filled daily with the missing items.
This service is not available. For dining, we recommend visiting the Club House restaurant.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the entire complex.
The connection data is available in your room or at reception.
To watch the most enjoyable shows, you can choose from 100 national and international TV programs.
If you want to call another room, please refer to the information guide near your phone.
Please notify reception if you want us to wake you up at a specific time.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. When the terrace door is open, the air conditioning will automatically shut down. Setting a temperature may be done within the preset general limits.
If you plan to stay in the hotel passed the check-out time, you can leave your luggage safely at the luggage room, the reception area. Please contact reception staff for handover and storage.
Pets are not allowed in the resort (villas, rooms, restaurant, conference room, swimming pool, golf course, alleys). Also, a tax of 500 lei is charged for the sanitation of the rooms or areas where the pet was found.
Smoking is permitted only in the specially designated areas, properly marked. Smoking in the rooms, inside the villas, in the club house or on the golf course will result in a fine, paid according to the Law no. 15/2016 to prevent and combat tobacco consumption. Also, a tax of 500 lei is charged for the sanitation of rooms where the smoking restriction is not respected.
Policy against possesion of food and drinks sourced from outside Theodora Golf Club resort
STo ensure the health and safety of our guests and due to the lack of temperature controlled equipment, the access in the Theodora Golf Club resort is not allowed for guests in possesion of food and drinks sourced from outside Theodora Golf Club resort. Also, a tax of 1000 EUR is charged for the sanitation of rooms where the restriction is not respected.
First Aid Kit
The first aid kit is available at reception.
Please call reception or contact any of our staff members in case of urgent situations.
For emergencies, call 112.
An evacuation plan is available in each room. In case of fire, please keep calm and leave the room according to the route shown in the plan.
We recommend decency and respect for other guests, club members and the staff. The restaurant and the club reserve the right to restrict guests' access on the "dresscode" standard. We will not accept in the restaurant, reception and clubhouse, people dressed in: bathrobes, vulgar clothes, working gear, grass dirty shoes or muddy golf shoes etc.
All the objects found by our staff within the complex will be handed over to the reception. These will be kept until claimed. However, we are not responsible for lost or forgotten items. We recommend that you keep your valuables in the safe available in your room.
In Alba Iulia and Alba County, several cultural and artistic events take place annually. Collect the calendar of events and the Alba Iulia map from the reception desk.
Visit Alba Iulia
If you wish to visit Alba Iulia with a tourist guide, we can make a reservation for you. If you want to visit the surroundings, reception staff will recommend historic sites, hiking areas or cultural events, according to your preferences.
If you contact us by email, fax or website, we reserve the right to process your data for direct marketing purposes. We will not use your name or other information without obtaining your prior consent.
Disputes and Complaints
We reserve the right to debit the card of our guests, regardless of their wish, in the following occurrences:
- they left the hotel without paying for the services they received;
- have caused degradation or destruction;
- left with objects that do not belong to them and for which they did not pay at the reception;
- did not cancel the reservation by the deadline.
Any controversy, dispute or complaint that may arise from the application of these terms and conditions, we will attempt to solve amicably. Otherwise, it will come under the jurisdiction of the Alba courts.
